6 Brood or 6 Super Frame Manual Extractor

This device is used to extract the honey from the Brood/Super frames. It spins the cage on the inside with enough force, to eject the honey from the uncapped cells, into the container. Big enough to fit either 6 Brood or 6 Super frames at a time. Manual Crank Operation. Food Grade Stainless Steel Design. Clear lid for easy viewing and access. Easy to clean and maintain. It comes with a honey gate to manage the flow of honey into the decanting containers. Honey Extractor Checklist ✅ Before Extracting Warm frames (room temp ~25–30 °C if possible) Uncap combs fully (knife / fork / roller) Load frames evenly (balance opposite sides) Close extractor lid ⚡ During Extraction Start spinning slowly Gradually increase speed Flip frames if extractor is tangential Keep lid closed to avoid splatter �� After Extraction Drain honey fully (tilt toward honey gate) Filter honey (through strainer / cloth) Rinse extractor with warm water only Leave equipment to dry Optional: put extractor/uncapping tray outside for bees to clean ⚖ Safety & Care Manual: turn handle smoothly, avoid jerks Electric: don’t overload motor, check lid safety switch Store extractor in dry place after use
