Description AlproZyme Enzymatic Instrument Cleaner is a state of the art enzymatic cleaner for medical and dental instruments, including rotary instruments and endoscopes. Offers exceptional staff and patient protection. Pack of 100 sachets. AlproZyme has exceptional efficacy. Provides high staff protection (TRBA 250), virucidal according to EN 16777 against non-enveloped adeno, noro and parvo-viruses as well as all enveloped blood-borne viruses e. g. HBV, HCV, HIV, Influenza at 1 % concentration before comprehensive disinfection. Suitable for use in soaking baths (15-minute contact time) as well as in ultrasonic cleaners (5-15 minute contact time). AlproZyme Enzymatic Instrument Cleaner Features: Alkaline – Enzymatic dual-action provides powerful removal of protein and tissues Tested according to ISO/TC 198/WG 13 chap.6.2 Easy dosage – 1 sachet to 2 litres of warm water – removes potential mixing errors For use in soaking baths and ultrasonic cleaners Granular formulation – longer shelf life compared to liquid enzymatic cleaners Can be used in Washer-Disinfectors with granular dispenser systems Will clean dental burs easily and thoroughly Pack of 100 sachets How to use – Ultrasonic Cleaner Mix 1 sachet (10g of AlproZyme) per 2 litres of warm water (40 °C). This will produce a 0.5% concentrated solution. Contact time for cleaning (ISO/TC 198/WG 13) is 5 minutes. For virucidal effect (EN 16777), contact time is 15 minutes (at 40 °C). How to use – Soaking Bath Mix 1 sachet (10g of AlproZyme) with 2 litres of warm water and mix well. Contact time for AlproZyme in a soaking bath is 15 minutes.
